Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to enter. Employees of Clientele Inc. and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win. Immediate family includes only spouses, parents, siblings, and children.
How to enter: (1) Find a color photograph that clearly shows your face on your wedding day and attach it to an email that describes (in 100 words or less) how Clientele helped your skin look its radiant best. Message must contain entrant’s name, age, full address, phone number and wedding date. Send the email to contest@clientelebeauty.com (2) Prints (must be 4” x 6” or 5” x 7” and must be in color) may be submitted along with the information described above on an 8.5” x 11” page. Mail to: Contest c/o Clientele Inc., 14101 NW 4th Street, Sunrise, FL 33325.
There is no restriction on the number of entries per person. All entries must be received by December 31, 2010.
Entries cannot be returned, become the property of Clientele Inc. and may be used by Clientele Inc. for any purpose and in any media in perpetuity.
How to Win: One (1) winner will receive $1000. There are no other prizes. Selection will be made by a panel which will include professionals in graphic design, marketing and public relations. The decision of the judges is final. The winner will be notified on or about January 28, 2011 by phone and/or email and must meet all eligibility requirements. The prize is non-transferable. Winner is responsible for any and all federal, state and local taxes and/or fees that may be due as a result of acceptance of the prize.
Winner must sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release that (A) releases and holds harmless Clientele Inc. from and against any and all harm, expense, liability or injury that may be sustained relating to or arising from participation in the contest, including in or acceptance or use of the prize; and (B) authorizes Clientele Inc. to use the winner’s name, likenesses, photographs, vice and biographical data for any purpose, in any media, unless prohibited by law.
Prize will not be released until Clientele Inc. receives all required documents. Failure of winner to return the form within the requested timeframe will result in automatic forfeiture of the prize and said prize will be awarded to an alternate winner.
Photographs: With submission of a photograph, entrant certifies that it is their personal property and no one else can claim copyright or other ownership. Entries may be color prints or digital images. Black and white pictures are not eligible. Please see specific guidelines below. Photos, regardless of medium, will not be returned. Please do not send your only copy of a picture.
Digital Images – should be formatted to 72 dpi and no smaller than 450 by 338 pixels. Images should be submitted in JPG or TIFF format. File sizes must be less than 500K per image. Photograph must be in natural color.
Prints – must be 4” x 6” inches or 5” x 7” inches and must be in color. Do not send negatives. Do not write on the photo itself, but attach a label to the back of the print with your name and address.
Additional Terms and Conditions: Clientele Inc. is not responsible for (1) lost, misdirected, misplaced, illegible, unintelligible, incomplete, or late entries; or (2) any act, failure to act, or delay regarding the transmitting or processing of entries. Clientele Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend all or any portion of this contest without notice if factors beyond its control, including technical difficulties, disrupt or corrupt the fair or secure administration or operation of the contest. Clientele Inc. is entitled to interpret these rules as needed and its decisions are final.
